What You'll Do
Data Center Finance Team
The Data Center Finance team at CoreWeave supports the strategic and operational decisions driving our global infrastructure. We manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across our expanding data center network — providing insights that fuel the rapid scaling of our cloud business. This team partners closely with operations, capacity planning, power, and sustainability to ensure sound financial stewardship and efficient resource deployment.
- Data Center OpEx Planning & Forecasting: Own end-to-end financial planning processes for data center expenses related to leases, power, equipment financing, and general operating expenses.
- Data Center Power Planning & Forecasting: Build and maintain various forecasts related to our global power footprint including power deployment timing and alignment with capacity planning timelines.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reviews and variance analyses. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards and reporting. Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for strategic investment decisions.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations, capacity planning, and power and sustainability teams to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
- Cost Optimization: Partner with various teams to optimize expenses related to recurring data center expenses
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including data center operations, capacity planning, and sales, to support overall business goals.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing and self-sufficient Senior Financial Analyst to join our Data Center Finance team. In this role, you'll build and manage complex financial and operational models, support forecasting and reporting processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize our data center investments. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, including the Data Center Finance Lead and Head of FP&A, to analyze business performance, improve key metrics, and influence strategic decisions across CoreWeave's rapidly scaling infrastructure operations.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or similar roles
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA a plus
Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel required); familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Tableau, or similar is a plus
Proven ability to manage complex forecasting and budgeting processes end-to-end
Experience with operational modeling, scenario planning, and long-range financial forecasting
Strong understanding of economic analysis, cost optimization, and capital planning
Knowledge of data center finance topics (e.g., energy market dynamics, leasing, and operating expense management) preferred
Preferred
Experience working in a high-growth, cloud infrastructure, or data center environment
Demonstrated ability to automate data workflows and streamline financial reporting
Exposure to large-scale capacity planning or power forecasting models

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 - $143,000 The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
