Registered Nurse (Day Program)
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work in our Day Program servicing patients with HIV/AIDS and other chronic conditions. RN will focus on care planning, delivery and patient education in a team environment.

Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 Per HR
Description:
- The Registered Nurse position involves providing comprehensive care to clients in a day program setting.

Requirements:
- Provide direct nursing care based on scientific principles.
- Document nursing evaluations and care plans promptly.
- Coordinate client services with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records of nursing activities.
- Assist clients with medical appointments and medication management.
- Conduct group education and support sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensed in New York County.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience with HIV/AIDS and chronic medical conditions is a plus.
- Experience in interdisciplinary care planning settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
