Kitting Clerk - Inventory & Materials Management | [GTI Fabrication]

Job Summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking a detail-oriented Kitting Clerk to join our team! This role is responsible for the accurate issuing of materials, inventory management, and supporting assembly work orders. If you have experience with NetSuite, inventory control, and warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Issue hardware and sub-assembly materials to work orders using NetSuite ERP software.
• Close detail work orders and update inventory locations in NetSuite.
• Package products securely using proper containers and protective materials.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment to transport materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through daily cycle counts and reporting.
• Generate reports using MRP systems for analysis and inventory review.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with NetSuite ERP (preferred) or similar inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification (a plus).

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
