Porter & Delivery Associate

We are looking for a reliable and high-energy Porter & Delivery Associate to join our team!

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where you will be the backbone of our operation. You will serve as a vital support system for our BOH team , rotating between keeping our kitchen and dining areas spotless (dishwashing, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness) and acting as a brand ambassador by delivering fresh breakfast orders to nearby hotel guests via foot, e-scooter, or e-bike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to nearby hotels on foot, e-scooter, or e-bike.

• Ensure all delivery orders are packed correctly and undergo a final quality check before leaving the kitchen.

• Assist with dishwashing, general kitchen cleaning, waste management, and maintaining the cleanliness of both work and guest-facing areas.

• Follow opening and closing checklists daily to ensure operational readiness.

• Log pertinent waste and production data as required.

• Relay guest concerns or feedback to management promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Work hand-in-hand with managers, runners, cooks, and hotel staff in a respectful and efficient manner.

• Strictly adhere to all company policies, food safety, and sanitation protocols.

Job Qualifications:

• Weekend availability is required.

• Previous experience as a dishwasher, busser, or in a similar support role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.

• Proven ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong multi-tasking and oral communication skills.

• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification is required.
