About The Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 13 Director, Energy Transition for Financial Institutions The Opportunity- The global energy transition is reshaping how capital flows into energy and infrastructure. - As Director, Energy Transition for Financial Institutions, you will shape the strategy, build the roadmap, and lead execution for products that will define how the market navigates the transition. - Shape the vision: Define how financial institutions access and use energy transition data.
- Lead the roadmap: Translate market needs into a product strategy that drives growth and relevance.
- Innovate with AI: Harness emerging technologies, including agentic AI, to reinvent how clients discover, connect, and act on data.
- Deliver at scale: Work across research, technology, and commercial teams to bring products from concept to market.
- Engage clients directly: Partner with financial institutions to understand their challenges and translate them into solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Anticipate where markets, policy, and technology are headed—and build products that keep clients ahead too.
- Partnership: Work across the business line to deliver innovation and outcomes for the broader offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of product management experience in data-driven businesses.
- Strong background in data strategy, quality, or commercialization.
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of energy transition, sustainability, or financial services markets.
- Experience working with AI-driven products, data platforms, or advanced analytics.

- Ability to lead through influence in a global, matrixed organization
