Automotive Loaner Car Coordinator - BMW
The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Loaner Car Coordinator with Rallye BMW! Seeking reliable, motivated individuals with a passion for automotive excellence, looking to join a team whose values are based in kindness, teamwork, and delivering the highest caliber of customer service! The Loaner Coordinator is chiefly responsible for the organization of the loaner fleet. A clean and valid driver license is required.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Ensuring loaner fleet is gassed, cleaned, and staged appropriately.
- Inspecting the loaner fleet for any necessary maintenance.
- Ensuring that the vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards are current. Inspecting and reporting any damage to guests and management.
- Making sure all vehicles are accounted for and any problems have been documented.
- Working with clients to coordinate the loaner process, clearly communicate the policies and procedures of the loaner agreement, and establishing method of payment.
- Ensuring all loaner contracts are accurately completed. Working collaboratively with service advisors and fellow loaner coordinators.
- Completing daily reports

PAY RATE: $19 Per Hour
Requirements
- Previous rental care experience preferred.
- Dealership experience with loaner cars strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Clean/Valid Driver's License.
- Professional personal appearance.
