Production Supervisor I Floater

What you´ll do

• Enforce all safety rules, PPE requirements, 5S standards, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Supervise production lines by assigning staff, resolving scheduling issues, ensuring training, and managing hiring, discipline, and performance appraisals.
• Monitor product quality, line efficiency, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy while completing required reports, data entry, and shop order reconciliations.
• Lead team communication through meetings, policy enforcement, and continuous feedback to drive productivity and address performance or production issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation—including downtime tagging, production reports, and inventory transactions—while analyzing variances and supporting overall operational improvement.

What makes you a good fit

• Associate Degree preferred
• High school graduate/equivalent with 3 – 5 years manufacturing/packaging experience, or equivalent required
• Must have flexibility to work morning, afternoon and overnight shift only when needed to. Main shift is 2nd shift 2:00 pm-10:30 pm
• Must exhibit the skill to organize and prioritize work.
• Should possess excellent communication skills both orally and in writing with employees and management.
• Required to be able to multi-task.
• Microsoft Office experience a must.
• Will work with programs in Kronos, Mapics, High Jump and other programs required in the department.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $88,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
