Lead associate account manager
At Blue Ocean Robotics we develop, produce and sell professional service robots within infection prevention, and we primarily focus on healthcare and pharma for professional business segments.
For a newly established position, we seek an ambitious, self-motivated Lead Generator and Associate Account Manger to accelerate market penetration of our autonomous UV-C disinfection systems. This two-fold role will focus on generating leads and driving sales to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare environments, by fostering relationships with infection prevention staff and facility managers.
Reporting to the VP Sales USA, located in Dallas, Texas, you are working from your home office in USA.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generator (internal position):
· Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, online research, and social media.
· Maintain and update a CRM database with accurate lead information.
· Conduct customer research and market surveys to identify new prospects.
· Nurture relationships with leads and set appointments for sales representatives.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
· Analyze lead generation metrics to track progress and optimize approaches.
· Provide exceptional customer service during initial communications.
Key responsibilities Associate Account Manager (external position):
· Build relationships with potential clients through in-person meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
· Prospect and qualify leads face-to-face, presenting company products/services to generate interest.
· Set up appointments and facilitate direct contact between potential clients and sales teams.
· Attend business functions, trade shows, and fieldwork within designated market areas.
· Gather market intelligence and feedback from prospects for sales strategy enhancements.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with outside leads to nurture their interest.
Desired Attributes & Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and CRM software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred.
· Proven track record of successful lead generation.
