Culinary Operations Coordinator
The Culinary Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and documentation of all culinary operations, ensuring recipes, production plans, and event documentation are accurate, standardized, and up to date. This role serves as a key link between culinary, purchasing, production, and operations teams, helping to deliver consistent execution across all events.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the centralized recipe database, managing recipe version control, creating event packout and build sheets, preparing production planning documents, and ensuring all specifications and culinary standards are accurately documented. The Culinary Coordinator also supports menu development by documenting recipe testing, converting development recipes into scalable production recipes, and integrating new menu items into operational systems.
With a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication, the Culinary Coordinator helps streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and maintain the high standards of quality and consistency expected across all culinary operations for high event events.
