Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help streamline daily operations, manage communications, and support office management tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

The office is based out of our Queens DMV-DIRECT location. We are not open to the general public. Must be able to work in a small office as part of a small core team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette.
  • Handle messages and correspondence with accuracy and promptness.
  • Faxing, copying, and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Onsite Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. No weekends. Must be punctual and reliable to stay late, if needed.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Organized, reliable, punctual, detail-oriented individual who can multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Energetic with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills .
  • Great administrative duties, including phones, taking and delivering messages, copiers, & fax machines.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher education
