Customer Support Representative
Careerscape is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service and support to customers across multiple communication channels. In this fully remote position, you'll assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. - Follow company policies and service standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Comfortable using computers and customer support software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
