Location: Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time

Castell’s, a high-volume fine dining restaurant in Brooklyn, is seeking a hands-on, experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This is a full-time role for a seasoned professional ready to help run daily operations and assist the General Manager in leading a busy, detail-driven restaurant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining
• Michelin-star experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine , table-side service, cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Experienced in running line-ups, and team leadership, staff training, hiring
• Must have full availability for dinner service and Sunday brunch and dinner
• Valid NYC Health Department Food Protection Certificate
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours , bend, push, pull, and lift to 30 lbs.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll be on the floor, ensuring smooth service, supporting the team, and helping maintain the high standards Castell’s is known for. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the operation — guest experience, staff management, and administrative tasks.
