Customer Service Representative- ON SITE

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to assist a client of ours in the Glenmont , NY area. These positions would take place ON SITE.

This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and also has upward career mobility. Also, this position would look to interview and start right away.

Qualifications

- Previous RECENT call center or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)

- Strong computer skills

- Time management skills

- Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)

Job Description

- Receiving calls from current and prospective customers and handling inquiries

- Updating customer's information in the company database

- Transferring customers to appropriate personnel (technicians, managers, etc.)

- Other administrative duties as needed

Hours

8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Thursday

8:00am- 4:00pm Friday

Pay

$19-20.50/hr. (based off of experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
