Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Outpatient Practice)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient practice setting
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions for diverse patient populations
• Conduct routine physical examinations, preventive care, and health screenings
• Manage and coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and documentation
• Participate in light call phone coverage shared with other health system practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient outcomes
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based medicine practices

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
• DEA certification required
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
