Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room

Location: Bronx, NY 10461

Type: Contract

Shift: 3×12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night)

Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr

Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room for an exciting job in Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid triage and prioritize patient care based on severity.

• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and assist with emergency procedures.

• Respond to critical events including trauma, cardiac arrest, and acute illnesses.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

• Follow hospital protocols, safety, and infection control standards.

• Ensure emergency equipment and supplies are prepared and functional.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of ER or critical care experience strongly preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, and multitasking abilities.
