QC Inspector - Mechanical

- Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector for an aerospace manufacturer.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience as a Mechanical Inspector within a manufacturing environment. - Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in the products.
- Analyze test data and inspection results to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures.
- Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Document inspection findings, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
- Report inspection and test data.
Requirements
- Utilize various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to accurately measure dimensions.
- Performing and Approving the quality of raw materials before manufacturing beginsRead and understand blueprints and specifications.
- Responsible for incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Perform Receiving, 1st Piece and In-Process Inspections for work in process during manufacturing.
