Position Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day talent acquisition activities and helping the organization attract and hire high-quality candidates across a broad range of roles. This position works closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process. In addition to recruiting, the Recruitment Specialist supports process enhancements and other initiatives that contribute to overall organizational success.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office)
Base Salary: $80k - $100k
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with executives and hiring managers to define hiring priorities and create effective recruiting plans.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s structure and business functions to evaluate candidate fit.
- Administer recruiting systems and sourcing platforms to expand candidate pipelines and improve engagement.
- Manage all stages of the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding assistance, and new hire orientation.
- Build relationships with colleges and universities to support internship and early-career recruiting efforts.
- Maintain and manage relationships with third-party recruiting firms to supplement candidate sourcing.
- Work with leadership to identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and operational processes.
- Contribute to special projects and provide support on additional initiatives as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ year of recruiting and/or talent acquisition experience.
- Agency recruiting experience preferred; experience managing a full 360 recruiting desk is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High-energy, results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to recruiting excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established performance goals and benchmarks.
