Accounts Payable Associate
Accounts Payable Associate – Join Arc Herkimer’s Finance Team!
Herkimer, NY | Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) | Pay starting at $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm (with flexibility)
- Process invoices, check requests, and employee reimbursements
- Prepare and issue payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain vendor and contractor files & reconcile monthly payables
- Assist with audits, budgets, and reporting
- Manage 1099 processing and filings
- Support Medicaid claims and other finance projects when needed
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred; or HS diploma + 3+ years accounting/AP experience required
- Solid skills in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite a plus!)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities
- Strong attention to detail, math skills, and a team-focused attitude
