Accounts Payable Associate – Join Arc Herkimer’s Finance Team!
Herkimer, NY | Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) | Pay starting at $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm (with flexibility)

What You’ll Do

• Process invoices, check requests, and employee reimbursements
• Prepare and issue payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain vendor and contractor files & reconcile monthly payables
• Assist with audits, budgets, and reporting
• Manage 1099 processing and filings
• Support Medicaid claims and other finance projects when needed

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred; or HS diploma + 3+ years accounting/AP experience required
• Solid skills in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite a plus!)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities
• Strong attention to detail, math skills, and a team-focused attitude
