Beverage Manager
Calling all dynamic Beverage Managers who geek out over wine, spirits, and the art of running a profitable program! We’re on the hunt for a leader who loves the balance of strategy and creativity — someone who can inspire a team, elevate standards, and keep the numbers as polished as the pours.
Who You Are- You’re the kind of person who’d rather be on the floor during service than anywhere else — connecting with guests, reading the room, and making magic happen in real time
- You geek out over global wine regions, varietals, producers, and styles, and you love sharing that knowledge in a way that feels welcoming, not lecture-y
- You get just as excited about building a cocktail or spirits program as you do about analyzing pour cost and margins
- You’re a natural teacher who enjoys developing teams, coaching staff, and creating a culture where curiosity and hospitality thrive
- You’ve spent at least 4 years leading teams in a restaurant management or supervisory role and know how to balance standards with approachability
- Beverage certifications or hospitality education are great, but real-world expertise, strong instincts, and a passion for the craft matter just as much
- Wine & beverage education opportunities to keep your knowledge sharp and feed your curiosity
- A salary ranging from $88,000–$100,000, based on experience and expertise
