Coral Specialist
About the Job:
We’re looking for a knowledgeable, hands-on coral enthusiast to help run and grow our coral section. This role is perfect for someone who already keeps or has kept reef tanks and is confident working with live coral.
What you’ll be doing:
- Caring for and maintaining our coral systems (LPS, SPS, soft corals).
- Monitoring water parameters and overall coral health.
- Fragging, placement, and daily coral upkeep.
- Helping customers choose the right coral for their tanks.
- Keeping the coral section clean, organized, and thriving.
- Assisting with receiving and acclimating new coral shipments.
What we’re looking for:
- Real, hands-on experience with reef tanks and coral care (home hobbyists welcome!)
- Solid understanding of lighting, flow, and water chemistry.
- Comfortable answering customer questions and making recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Team-player mindset.
