• $21 with moderate experience

What you’ll do

• Set up and run fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and apply blueprints, technical drawings, and specs to produce parts to tolerance.
• Manufacture components to project requirements and quality targets.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify quality.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized work area to support safety and productivity.
• Work closely with teammates to hit production goals and deadlines.
• Diagnose and resolve fabrication challenges as they arise.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in fabrication or a closely related trade.
• Comfort operating fabrication machinery and shop tools.
• Strong blueprint/technical drawing comprehension.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new methods and technologies.
