Merchant Processing Coordinator

About Us: BH Capital Funding LLC is a leading business funding and brokering company specializing in Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs), Term Loans, and Lines of Credit (LOC).

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. The Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan application processes from initial submission to final approval. This role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with applicants to gather required information and answer any questions they may have.
• Verify and analyze financial information, including credit reports, bank statements, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process to facilitate timely approvals.
• Maintain detailed records of all loan applications and status updates in our CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Processor or similar role in the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs) and other alternative financing products.
• Familiarity with wealth management products and services.
• Experience with Slack, Outlook, OneDrive, MoneyThumb, and ChatGPT is strongly preferred.
