Chef's Assistant
Job description:
SOUS CHEF
Master of simplicity with accomplished cooking experience
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively work the line and manage/ supervise others in team
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle food production, including cooking, baking, and plating.
Proficient in food handling techniques and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Awareness of food cost goals and eliminating waste.
Manage inventory and coordinate weekly orders to maintain adequate pars.
Super trained eye for details and plating, foresee challenges before they happen (line set up for successful service)
Assist in executing new menu items throughout season.
Adept to make scrabbled eggs. *7 days for Continental menu in season.. Right Candidate:
