Seeking a caretaker with experience in property management to cover an employee leaving for medical leave April 14 - May 14th. More work is available should the hire be a long-term fit for the property.
Description:
- Background: Caretaker or Property Manager
- 2hrs per day (including weekends)
- Hours flexible, AM visits preferred
- On-Site (residential estate, with 2x houses)
- 35-40$ per hr based on experience, paid training
Responsibilities:
- Mail: Collect at end of driveway, distribute between two houses
- Tour Property: review off-grid mechanical rooms, notify manager of leaks or equipment faults
- Koi Pond: flush filters, skim tanks, feed fish 4x cups dry food
- Main House Fireplaces : If used, sweep & prepare for next fire
- Cars: wash & vacuum once a week, as needed
