HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is hiring Dispatchers in the Long Island City, New York area. All days and shifts are available! These positions offer a pay rate of $24.00/hr, with weekly pay.

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Attentive and communicative.
• WinTeam Knowledgeable.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of incidents, call-offs, late arrivals, schedule changes, and emergency situations
• Coordinate shift coverage for open posts, call-outs, overtime, and last-minute staffing shortages
• Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and internal management regarding operational updates
• Provide excellent customer service while remaining calm under pressure in fast-paced situations

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
