As a Line Cook, you’re an essential part of our culinary team, precise, focused, and dedicated to excellence. From prepping fresh ingredients to mastering the wok and plating dishes with care, you bring attention to detail to every step. You take pride in creating food that delights our guests and are passionate about using fresh, local ingredients to drive culinary innovation.
Our Culinary program goes far beyond the typical restaurant. This is a vibrant culinary destination, a place for community, connection, and creativity. Open throughout the evening and into the night, we offer thoughtfully curated experiences for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about delivering exceptional food. The recipes you execute play a vital role across aspects of our culinary program, directly influencing the guest experience at every touchpoint.

To give you a better idea of what your role looks like in our world-class team, here is a list of some of the key things you’ll be doing. Keep in mind, this isn’t everything, you might be asked to jump in and help out with other tasks too. After all, we are all about going above and beyond to deliver an out-of-this-world experience for our guests!
- Great food starts here. You’re responsible for preparing dishes consistently according to our recipes. Each plate should be just as delicious as the last, consistency is key, and flavor is everything.
- You're the go-to, keeping the kitchen running smoothly. From prepping ingredients to plating during service, you take full ownership of your station. The work is fast-paced and constantly evolving, but you thrive under pressure and handle it all with confidence.
- Communication is Everything. You’re working side-by-side with other stations during service, and strong communication is essential. Listening, adapting, and collaborating with your teammates sets the whole team up for success. A connected kitchen is a thriving one.
- Clean and organized. Cleanliness is non-negotiable. You maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and follow all health codes diligently. Sanitation buckets are always within reach, and labeling is second nature. You love fresh products, and so do our guests.
- Teamwork Makes It Happen. We’re more than coworkers; we’re a working family. Respect is a must, both in front and back of house. If someone needs a hand, you jump in. We lift each other up, and we succeed together.

What qualities are we looking for?

- Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Experience on the wok strongly preferred.
- You must have at least 1-2 years of savory line experience.
- Great team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships across the group.
- Ability to adapt to change in menus and concepts
- Strong communication skills to all team members.
- Knife skills are a must.
- Creativity and innovation are essential!
- Product knowledge, yeah you have to actually know what you are talking about. If you don’t know it, you research it
- Find solutions before problems arise.
- You must know weights and measurements.
- Anticipate needs and over deliver wherever possible.
- Candidates must think on their feet and use their initiative to solve problems and deliver solutions.
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures. The kitchens need to be clean, organized and sanitary. Proper temperature procedures are always in place.
- Organization, your mise en place, is en place.
- Able to change direction and work on multiple project aspects at once as needed.
- Behavior consistent with company Values: Fun, innovative, original and personable, and striving to deliver high quality and brilliant customer service.
Background must-have:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
- 1-2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge
- Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification that is currently valid for a minimum of at least 6 months
