Portfolio Management Associate

The Role: We are seeking a Portfolio Management Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to maintaining our commitment to delivering personalized investment management services. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in financial markets, a background in quantitative analysis, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee trading operations, algorithm selection, and trade reconciliation.
• Serve as a primary contact for client communications and liaise with operational and custodial partners.
• Develop and test algorithms to improve trade execution efficiency.
• Monitor trading activities, providing insights for enhancing strategies and client reporting.
• Collaborate with the portfolio construction team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in equity portfolio management, trading, or related fields.
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of FIX protocol and Order Management Systems.
• Prior experience with custodian platforms is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS is considered a plus.
