*Counsel the company's Board, senior leadership and employees on a diverse set of legal questions, including with respect to: contract negotiation and interpretation, compliance with regulation, litigation, IP protection, financing, and more. *Stay abreast of the latest in U.S. data privacy law and other domestic regulatory regimes applicable to the company's business, and implement programs and systems to ensure the company's strict compliance. *Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, NDAs, and other agreements with clients (e.g. major corporations, nonprofit organizations, and political campaigns) and vendors (e.g. software companies, data providers, etc.) alike, and build internal systems to scale these processes. $250,000.00-$350,000.00 est
