UX CONTENT WRITER

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite M-F) OR Wilmington, DE (Hybrid 2 days/week, transitioning to fully onsite in 2027)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 6-month contract (possibility of extension)

Employment Type: Full-time Contract

Compensation Range: $60.00 – $70.00/hr W2


We are seeking a Senior UX Content Strategist to join a global leader in financial services. This role sits within a high-impact B2B payments organization that manages enterprise transactions for some of the world's largest companies.


You will play a critical role in redesigning the client onboarding and account management experience. Your focus will be on transitioning complex manual processes into intuitive self-service functionalities and AI-driven support systems.



Responsibilities:

• This is a high-volume role with a healthy backlog, requiring a mix of net-new content creation (60%) and rigorous copyediting/review (40%).
• UX Writing: Craft seamless copy for end-to-end workflows, including account setup, permissions, and security protocols.
• Support Content: Develop clear instructions for technical forms (e.g., KYC), FAQs, and onboarding messaging.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside designers, researchers, and product teams to ensure a cohesive user journey.
• AI Integration: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Writer to enhance productivity while maintaining human-led quality and brand oversight.

Qualifications:

• An Experienced Pro: This is a senior-level role; you have a proven track record in UX writing or content strategy.
• B2B Specialist: You understand the nuances of business-to-business communication and can write for diverse audiences, from CFOs to technical operations leads.
• Detail-Oriented: Given the risk-sensitive nature of global finance, you possess an eagle eye for accuracy and a strong command of AP Style and plain English.
• Industry Savvy: Previous experience in payments or fintech is highly preferred.
