Bartender

We are hiring full time bartenders for Santi!

Bartenders play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position is responsible for crafting and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and providing attentive service throughout their visit. Bartenders work closely with the bar, kitchen, and management teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest, reflecting the standards and culture of Santi and the BBianco Hospitality Group.

Position Requirements  

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment

• Strong knowledge of wine and spirits, with emphasis on Italian varieties

• Exceptional bar knowledge and the ability to maintain the highest -level of serv ice standards

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the natural ability to creat e a welcoming and valued guest experience

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems

• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills , with tact and diplomacy in handling challenging situations

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits
