Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
This position is an entry level management position for those that are looking to get their start in the Club industry. This position is responsible for assisting F&B management with execution of various member dining areas and private events. This individual’s primary responsibilities consist of taking ownership of the member and guest experience and assuring a culture of hospitality and teamwork. This individual supervises and trains the service staff; manages within budgetary restraints; develops/implements programs to increase sales and satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for assisting with the execution of private banquet and club events as noted on the Banquet Event Order. The ideal start date is March 2nd, 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with the daily shift execution and service in the various scheduled areas including restaurants and bars, club events, and banquets.
- Maintains a high level of service by constantly training, coaching, and providing support to employees while monitoring job performance daily.
- Continually ensures that all employees meet proper uniform standards.
- Communicates with staff relaying necessary information regarding daily operations within the Club.
- Responsible for working with the Food and Beverage Director on employee reviews and disciplinary action when needed.
- Assists with the assignment of staff side work and ensures it is completed including the cleaning of equipment and storage areas.
- Assists in completing monthly beverage inventories within the outlets.
- Works closely with the entire Management Team ensuring that the member and guest expectations are met and exceeded.
- Inspects and oversees the cleanliness and maintenance of all dining areas.
- Promotes a positive work environment and positive team atmosphere with all management and staff.
- All other duties within your respective department as assigned.
Additional Duties / Responsibilities:
- Primary duty is management and leadership, however, will be required to fill in as a Server, Host, Busser/Runner, Bartender, etc. to relieve/back-up staff during peak periods or when short staffed.
- Gains knowledge of the implementation of all Club initiatives and programs that are requested by management.
- Teams with other Club departments to ensure exemplary customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge of other Clubs and industry trends.
- Responsible for locking up the building at the end of the night if closing.

Minimum Education, Experience & Other Skills:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of progressive responsibility in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally with others.
- Ability to work with all personality types even in adverse situations.
- Ability to prioritize, anticipate situations, and take quick action.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
Certification Preferences:
- AED/First Aid and CPR Certification
