Job Overview As an Associate you will be responsible for managing and analyzing SEM campaigns. In this role, you'll be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of SEM campaigns. As an associate, you'll be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve performance and ROAS. You'll be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate performance to internal stakeholders and senior leadership and make data-driven recommendations. Essential Functions- Manage large scale ad budgets and optimizations to ensure target goals are met
- Triage performance issues with clear and concise recommendations for improvement. Work with team to develop improvement plans as performance dictates
- Availability during Peak holiday season to ensure campaign performance
- Work with bid platforms and complex account structure, including feeds. Manage large scale account and drive performance.
- Report on campaign performance to senior management and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with platform partners to ensure access to new features and opportunities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to specialist team members
- Collaborate with other marketing team members, such as comms planning, marketing effectiveness, site-merchandisers
- Ensure all work product deliverables are QA-ed and client ready for internal stakeholders

- Attend weekly leadership meetings with site-merchants and leadership to present findings and recommendations for optimal performance
- We encourage candidates with either a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.
- In-depth understanding of retail industry, audience segmentation to develop effective SEM strategies.
- Expertise and hands on experience with bid platforms such as Skai, and other to drive traffic and sales.
- Proven experience in budget management, bidding strategies, audience segmentation to maximize ROAS, sales, while achieving business goals.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance using analytic tools such as Adobe / Google Analytics and present data-driven recommendation to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience with complex omni-channel campaigns and strategies to drive successful performance outcomes.
- Hands on experience with Skai platform (formerly Kenshoo), and shopping feed management tools like ProductsUp.
- Experience in testing and experimenting with different ad formats or hypotheses to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and to provide regular updates on performance.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with latest SEM trends, changes in algorithms, and best practices.
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
