The Osborn is a nationally recognized senior living community located on a scenic 56-acre campus in Rye, New York. With a longstanding commitment to hospitality, personalized care, and excellence, we provide an exceptional environment for both residents and staff. We are currently hiring Per Diem Servers to join our Dining Services team.

Position Overview:
The Server will deliver high-quality dining service to residents in our skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings. This position plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and satisfying dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and take food and beverage orders in a courteous manner

• Serve meals accurately and efficiently according to resident preferences

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special requests and dietary needs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
