We are currently seeking an practiced Administrative adjunct to join our team in Woodstock, NY. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of admin practice, as well as excellent organizational expertise and attention to detail. Previous practice in mental health or healthcare is a plus!
Administrative adjunct Qualifications required
»High school diploma or equivalent
»At least two years of administrative practice
»Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
»Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise
» capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
»Previous practice in mental health or healthcare is a plus
Administrative adjunct Responsibilities:
»Provide administrative support to the team
»Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
»Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
»Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
»Prepare and send out correspondence and reports
»Handle confidential information with discretion
»Maintain accurate records and files
