Paying a credit card is one of the most fundamental moments that we have with our customers. It directly impacts their ability to manage finances effectively, maintain good credit standing and over time grow their credit line and expand into different products and services. A seamless payment experience reduces friction, enhances customer satisfaction with Capital One, and builds trust in our brand. Today we support a number of channels that customers can make a payment in, including the Capital One mobile app and authenticated Web experience, IVR, Agent, in a branch or cafe, ATM and more. We are looking for a Manager, Product Manager who will be the product lead for the Web channel.

As the Web Product Manager on the Payments team, you will lead one tech team to deliver against a strategic and high visibility agenda. Responsibilities include:

• Develop a strategic vision and OKRs

• Iterate through a test and learn agenda, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and designers to deliver new capabilities, features and experiences on your roadmap

• Manage key stakeholders and partners

• Lead your tech team through agile ceremonies including PI and sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
