Training Center Administrator- Laboratory Diagnostics-Onsite

This position serves as the primary operational contact for training scheduling, logistics, customer coordination, vendor management, training systems administration, and NAM operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities (Requisition‑Specific)
Training Operations & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain annual and near‑term training schedules based on instrument forecasts and resource availability.
- Assign instructors, classrooms, and training resources and proactively resolve capacity conflicts.
- Manage logistics for classroom, virtual, advanced, post‑go‑live, and customer‑specific training.
Customer Support & Onsite Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external training customers.
- Provide weekly onsite operational support at the Tarrytown Training Center (Tuesdays), including lunch coordination, travel assistance, and customer departures.
- Ensure timely completion of reimbursements, lunch vouchers, and TAS documentation.
Reporting & Decision Support
- Generate NAM training operations reports and KPIs, including class capacity and Gen Ops vs. Go‑Live metrics.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting for leadership, audits, and emerging business needs.
Vendor, Travel & Facilities Coordination
- Coordinate vendors for transportation, hotels, meals, and events.
- Prepare hotel, travel, and meal expense reporting in compliance with policy.
- Produce weekly BCD Travel reporting.
Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Validate training requests and coordinate LMS license activation and workgroup setup.
- Troubleshoot LMS and training systems issues in partnership with IT.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance training operations.
Required Qualifications (Requisition‑Specific)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training operations, scheduling, logistics, or related operational roles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting multi‑site operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or technical training environments.
- Experience supporting regulated or audit‑driven organizations.

- Occasional travel may be required to support multi‑site operations.

The base pay range for this position is:
$85,350 - $117,359Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
