With the winter season approaching, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Plow Driver to join our team and support our growing client base.

Job Description

As a Plow Driver, you will be responsible for operating a snowplow truck to clear snow and ice from assigned commercial properties. This position is ideal for an individual with strong equipment operation skills who can respond quickly and work flexible hours during snow events. Our team speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Operate a snowplow truck to remove snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, and roadways.

• Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed.

• Respond promptly to snow and ice events — availability is required 24/7 during winter storms , including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure properties are cleared safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

• Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.

• Communicate with the operations team regarding service completion and any issues encountered.

• Provide photo documentation of completed work via mobile applications.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a plow driver or in snow removal operations .

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Access to a reliable plow truck (company-provided equipment may be available depending on contract).

• Proof of insurance if using personal equipment.

• Ability to work on-call and respond quickly during weather events.

• Physical ability to work in harsh winter conditions.

• Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality.
