Sales Associate
As part of our showroom events in New York, you will join Arlettie as a multi-skilled Sales Associate. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth client experience and successful event execution, contributing across multiple phases : Event Setup Phase : Before each event, you will contribute to receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and setting up products according to a floor plan specific to each sale, ensuring compliance with the brand's merchandising guidelines. Event Production Phase : During the event, you will be trained and assigned to different areas and tasks, such as:
- Greet clients upon arrival: check invitations and manage coat check.
- Provide personalized service and styling assistance across all product categories (RTW, Knitwear, Shoes, Jewelry, Leather Goods...).
- Maintain product displays and ensure restocking throughout the event to support sales and client satisfaction.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions, delivering an exceptional customer experience at checkout.
