Working on the Operations Department
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and scale our Account Operations programs with a focus on consistency, coordination, and continuous improvement. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the Account Operations team—driving the structure, planning, and execution of key initiatives that enable successful client launches and sustained program support.
You’ll work closely with our internal teams to bring rigor and repeatability to how we launch and operate our programs. Unlike the Account Operations Specialist role, which focuses on the day-to-day execution and support of accounts, this Program Manager will take a step back—designing and owning the systems, processes, and tracking tools that keep the team operating at a high level.
A quick heads up: This is a minimum 20 hours/week, maximum 35 hours/week contract role. During the contract period, benefits won’t be available.
What You’ll Get to Do
Report to the Head of Ops Development.
Lead operational program planning and execution—owning timelines, roles, and outcomes for key initiatives that impact account onboarding and ongoing support.
Establish scalable processes and playbooks that streamline how we launch, manage, and evolve client programs.
Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to align teams and remove blockers on behalf of the Account Operations team.
Implement tools and systems that improve visibility, accountability, and efficiency across client support workflows.
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., launch timelines, configuration accuracy, ticket volume) and lead data-informed retrospectives and process improvements.
Drive internal documentation and training efforts in collaboration with Account Operations Specialists to ensure consistency and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Own team rituals and project oversight—from weekly planning syncs to quarterly retrospectives—to ensure the team stays focused and aligned.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Implementation, ideally within Healthcare, Benefits, Food Access, or a mission-driven services environment.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines and multiple dependencies.
Strong systems-thinking mindset; you excel at building repeatable processes and creating clarity from ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable using tools like Airtable, Asana, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms to manage work and track progress.
Detail-oriented and highly organized—you’re the person who always knows what’s happening and what’s next.
Collaborative, humble, and mission-aligned. You work with urgency, but never ego.

Compensation Philosophy
Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level, while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
