Tuition Reimbursement Job Details Job Details We are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent Ink Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your expertise in ink technology will be highly valued. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating our ink manufacturing equipment, ensuring the highest quality of ink production. This position requires a strong understanding of ink composition, color matching, and the technical aspects of ink dispensing and press systems. Responsibilities As a Permanent Ink Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Operating and maintaining ink dispensing systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Monitoring ink press operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
3. Conducting regular inspections of ink pumps and related equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.
4. Collaborating with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of new ink formulations to meet customer requirements.
6. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise in the ink production process.
8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Permanent Ink Technician position will have: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in ink manufacturing or a related field.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining ink pumps, dispensing systems, and ink press equipment.
3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
4. An understanding of ink composition and color matching techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
7. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
8. Formal training or certification in ink technology or a related field would be a plus.
