General Manager

We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead one of our locations and take full ownership of front-of-house operations.

This role is designed for a leader who is equally comfortable on the floor during peak service and developing systems, teams, and structure behind the scenes .

You will serve as the operational head of the location , responsible for ensuring that service, team performance, and guest experience are executed at a consistently high level.

• Lead the dining room during peak service hours
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects a high standard of hospitality
• Oversee table touches, guest recovery, and overall service flow

• Build and lead a high-performing FOH team
• Coach managers and staff in real time
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride
• Set the tone for energy, service, and execution

• Lead structured pre-shifts and ongoing training initiatives
• Identify areas of improvement and actively develop the team
• Ensure consistency in service standards across all shifts

• Maintain standards across cleanliness, organization, and staff presentation
• Ensure consistency in food & beverage execution and service timing
• Support efficient floor operations and team coordination

• Drive revenue through strong service engagement and upselling
• Maintain awareness of labor efficiency and daily operations
• Partner with leadership on improving performance and consistency

• Approximately 50% on the floor during peak service
• Approximately 50% focused on training, team development, and operational structure

This role plays a key part between strategy and execution - bringing leadership vision to life through daily execution

• A confident and hands-on leader with strong floor presence
• Experienced in high-volume or upscale dining environments
• Naturally detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Passionate about hospitality and team development
• Comfortable leading, coaching, and elevating a team in real time
