RESTAURANT SERVER | DINING + NIGHTLIFE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Ketchy Shuby is seeking energetic, outgoing, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team in SoHo.

Ketchy Shuby is not a traditional restaurant. We combine exceptional food, craft cocktails, high-energy music, bottle presentations, and nightlife-inspired hospitality to create a unique guest experience unlike anywhere else in NYC.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and genuinely enjoy engaging with guests and being part of the energy that defines our brand.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized guest service
• Develop strong knowledge of our food, beverage, wine, and cocktail offerings
• Work collaboratively with management, hosts, bartenders, food runners, and support staff
• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service periods
• Assist with bottle presentations and celebratory guest experiences throughout the restaurant
• Participate in bottle service parades and venue-wide guest celebrations when applicable
• Help create an exciting, fun, and memorable atmosphere for every guest

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, nightlife, or hospitality venue
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in an energetic, music-driven environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• NYC hospitality experience preferred
