Duties Description As a Labor Relations Representative, you will be required to: provide accurate advice and expertise to managers and supervisors on employee related concerns; Investigate potential misconduct and administer the disciplinary process per union contracts and Civil Service Law; Administer the Agency grievance and performance evaluation appeal processes; Process medical examination referrals to Employee Health Services; and have a working knowledge of New York State (NYS) Time & Attendance Rules, applicable NYS and Agency Policies, and Performance Evaluation Manual procedures.
