Office Manager

Cayuga Tree Service is currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in helping keep running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Manage customer communications via phone, email, and follow-up on voicemail
• Process payroll information and submit to an external payroll provider
• Prepare and organize financial documentation for the bookkeeper and accountant
• Handle invoicing and basic financial tasks using QuickBooks
• Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and accuracy
• Assist the team with administrative tasks and coordination as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in an office manager, administrative, or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
