We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join an established manufacturing team. This role supports a dynamic production environment with responsibilities including in-process and final inspections, auditing, and ensuring product conformance to specifications.
Shift Available:
2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) with a 10% shift differential.Key Responsibilities:
- Verify product conformance to specifications, drawings, and instructions.
- Ensure associated processing documentation is completed accurately.
- Enter quality data into the database and conduct scheduled/random process audits.
- Assist with non-conforming material documentation and communicate issues to leadership.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve non-conformance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality role, preferably in electronics.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and database software).
- Knowledge of mechanical measuring tools, product drawings, and ISO 9001/AS9100 systems.
- Experience with procedural documents and strong attention to detail.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with complex electromechanical products is a plus.
- Certifications in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or J-STD-001 recommended.
- Familiarity with GD&T, AOI, and X-ray preferred.
- Ability to support overtime as needed.
