- Compensation: - $120,000 to $150,000 based on experience

DETAILS: - Provide primary care services as part of our primary care clinical team within our Bronx and Manhattan sites -Commute between our Bronx and Manhattan sites to provide support and coverage as needed (for instances of PTO, medical leave, etc) - Work with a multidisciplinary team to care for and provide medical services to patients. - Collaborate with other nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, and other support staff as part of the clinical team. QUALIFICATIONS: -The ideal candidates should be experienced, comfortable working independently, and able to adapt to various clinical settings and commute as needed - NY State/DEA License REQUIRED
