Strategy and Operations Principal Lead, Sellside Partnerships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering end-to-end outcomes.
- Ability to identify and assess strategic opportunities, with an understanding of their potential impact on business growth.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among stakeholders.
- Act as a lead business partner to cross-functional leadership, translating strategic goals into actionable operational roadmaps.
- Own the design and execution of global business operations cycles, including headcount planning, Opex management, annual planning, and OKR tracking.
- Lead high-impact, ambiguous projects for senior leaders, providing the structured thinking and data-driven analysis required for resolution.
- Architect and scale cross-functional processes to ensure the organization operates efficiently at scale and synthesize complex operational requirements into clear, data-driven recommendations and strategic communications for executive stakeholders.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to Strategy and Operations peers, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence and high performance.
