Schultz Construction, Inc., a well-established contractor based in New York, is seeking experienced Civil Construction Foremen to join our growing team. We specialize in water and wastewater treatment facilities, structural concrete, infrastructure, utilities, and highway projects.

As a Foreman, you will lead crews, ensure quality workmanship, and serve as the key link between field staff and project supervisors. If you thrive on leading people, managing details, and delivering safe, efficient results — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and direct construction crews on site
• Ensure work meets company, project, and industry standards
• Communicate plans and goals to crews and project managers
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture
• Track expenses and maintain accurate records
• Schedule work and confirm crew hours
• Prepare job sites and oversee projects through completion
• Maintain an organized, professional worksite
• Complete required reports and documentation
• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in civil/site construction, with leadership responsibility
• Proven experience in excavation, shoring, underground piping, and cast-in-place concrete
• Good knowledge and understanding of process mechanical piping, including setting equipment, pumps, and related systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Familiarity with construction equipment, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
