Social Media and PPC Campaign Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, responsible, and innovative Social Media and PPC Campaign Manager to join our rapidly growing media company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media accounts, developing effective PPC strategies, and executing successful social media and PPC campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing Director, media, and writing teams to boost and manage our and our clients' social accounts, as well as optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
● Social Media Management:
○ Develop and manage a social media content calendar for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
○ Work with media and writing teams to create compelling content and implement it effectively.
○ Engage with audiences through social conversation and respond to comments.
○ Monitor social media metrics, provide progress reports, and continually improve strategies.
● PPC Campaign Management:
○ Design and implement effective PPC strategies aligned with business goals.
○ Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
○ Monitor and adjust budgets, keywords, and bids to maximize ROI.
○ Track and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
● Collaboration and Communication:
○ Work closely with marketing teams, designers, and content creators to create cohesive campaigns.
○ Effectively communicate with stakeholders about campaign performance and strategies.
● Content and Creative Development:
○ Oversee the creation and testing of ad copy and visuals.
○ Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all campaigns and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
● Professional Experience:
○ 2+ years of professional experience in social media and brand/personality management.
○ Proven experience in PPC campaign management.
● Skills Required:
○ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
○ Proficiency in major social media platforms and analytics tools.
○ Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other PPC platforms.
○ Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing principles, and best SEO blog practices.
○ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
○ Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
● Technical Skills: Intermediate level of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphics software. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
● Adaptability : Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and market changes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,540.00 - $70,000.00 per year
