We are currently hiring an intern to join our Human Resources Team for the Summer of 2026. This will be a 10-week internship which will begin on June 8th and end on August 14th. This role is office based at our Nespresso Square office located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. While there may be some flexibility to work remotely, all candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed. Responsibilities:- Develop communication materials to promote volunteer opportunities
- Learn how corporate volunteer program contribute to employee retention, wellbeing and company culture.
- Explore how volunteerism aligns with broader corporate social responsibilities goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-profit partners.
- Assess need, opportunities and challenges to increase the volunteering participation.
- Connect with non-profit organizations to have a pipeline of volunteering options around the country
- Create assets to communicate the needs evaluated in the midpoint goal
- Develop a Volunteering plan to increase the turnout
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college.
- Must have a passion for volunteerism and social impact
The approximate target compensation range for this role is $25-$30/hr . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
